Background: Rachel Hicks, known in the industry as Mentorrach, has been a transformative figure in the field of teeth whitening since she entered the dental industry in 2015. Her extensive experience spans various roles including chairside practice, teaching, and sales.

In 2019, Rachel made history as the first to open a commercial teeth whitening studio in Canada. Her innovative approach led to the expansion of her business into pop-up locations at medi spas and dental offices throughout Ontario.
